Our 60-Day Guarantee
We want you to feel the difference Compresso makes. That's why we give you a full 60 days from your delivery date to decide if our compression gloves are right for you. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:
- Your request is submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The item was purchased directly from Compresso at trycompresso.com.
- You can provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- The product has not been intentionally damaged or altered.
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund in most cases. We may ask for a photo of the item to process your request.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@trycompresso.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number and a brief reason for the refund.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at the email above and we'll arrange an exchange promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after the delivery date.
- Orders purchased through third-party retailers — please contact that retailer directly.
- Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OneCompress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, OneCompress will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trycompresso.com.
ALERT: It's been brought to our attention that some of our shipping partners were completely overwhelmed in the past months due to the global situation. Due to this, some orders are taking 60 days to arrive. If your order has been affected by this, please email us as soon as possible so we can make things right immediately.
