Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Spain, and the broader European Union. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 8–16 business days
  • Spain & EU: 5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or peak-season volumes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any active free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Compresso ships from fulfillment centers in China. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any customs or import duties applicable in your country.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate. If your order is confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@trycompresso.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
